NHCC Pete Padilla Manuel Mora Park RFQ

DCA and the NHCC seek to commission an artwork that commemorates the history of Barelas and the sacrifices that these Pete Padilla and Manuel Mora, their families, and all Hispanics who served in the military have made, while also protecting the integrity of the environment, architecture, and mission of the NHCC. The artwork must conform to the NHCC Art Museum's Collections Management Policy.
